The Phoenix Program is a peer-to-peer academic tutoring initiative by Stalwart Academy, tailored for youth detainees. Combining evidence-based mentorship with our proprietary AI-personalized curriculum, the program adapts to each learner’s goals, pace, and future ambitions—eliminating the one-size-fits-all model that often fails marginalized students. In addition to foundational academics, the Phoenix Program offers vocational training in high-demand fields such as solar installation, green energy systems, and sustainable technology. Our mission is to equip justice-involved youth not only with literacy and numeracy, but with purpose-driven pathways to meaningful careers—reducing recidivism and igniting long-term transformation.
